The first Stitch cigar stand was made by me back in 2021. It was a special order for one fan. And only in 2025 did I decide to publish it after the premiere of the animated film. Quite an unusual project, the wooden Stitch is painted with acrylic paint for greater realism, but next time I want to try using colored wood stains to preserve the texture of the wood. As for wood carving, it turned out to be not so easy because of his large ears and the unusual shape of his face. But it turned out well, I think the Stitch cigar stand will add a special charm and uniqueness to your cigar smoking

Materials and tools for the Stitch Cigar Stand

The Stitch cigar stand is carved from pear wood using my favorite drill and a variety of cutters for it. The unusual curves of his ears and face took a lot of time. Painting takes a special place. The first time I used acrylic paint and polyurethane varnish, I think next time I will use not only paint but also colored stain. I want the wooden Stitch to retain its texture and be even better than the previous one.
