Detailed wood carving is a complex and lengthy endeavor. I use both electric and hand tools for my wood carving. This includes my milling machine with its different cutters, as well as a variety of files and chisels to get the perfect shape and finish. The Roscoe Arbuckle tobacco pipe is meticulously hand-carved from briar, a wood type favored for its heat resistance and suitability for fine detailing. Each element is carefully shaped, and I exclusively utilize premium Italian briar in my creations.
