Fox Cigar Stand — Smoke with Style, Carved in Wood

In the summer of 2024, I was offered to make the Fox cigar stand. The idea seemed very interesting to me. I made a pair of sketches and chose the wood for carvings. The fox muzzle is generally similar to the wolf, so I made hers slightly smaller and nicer. I love the texture on the wool wooden fox, and the red carvings is something.

Materials and Tools for The Fox Cigar Stand

For carving the Fox cigar stand, I used padauk wood. It seems to me that it is ideal for the red fox color. From this wood, I also made Hellboy. Of the tools, this is, as usual, my Bormashin Marathon Champion 3 and the set of mills and Diamond Burr. Also, at the end, I covered the wooden Fox with special oil, and after it is absorbed, I polished it. The color of the wood has become a little darker and more saturated. The buyer was satisfied with the result.

Fox Cigar Holder: Custom Orders and Commission

The fox cigar holder was made to order. But I am always open to commissions. Just write me a letter and we will discuss what you want. It can be any wooden fox, animal or bird. The price of wooden work depends on the design complexity. Also, take into account that each work requires quite a lot of time.
